A Central Coast native, Zoë brings a strong sense of community to her role at Cerro Alto. She began her journey in veterinary medicine during the COVID-19 pandemic as a Client Service Representative at a different emergency veterinary hospital. Since Cerro Alto opened in September 2025, she has overseen and supported the front desk team and maintains a strong connection with them. Her dedication and leadership skills ultimately led her to step into the Office Administrator position, where she continues to support both her team and the clients they serve.
With a passion for leadership and clear, compassionate communication, Zoë believes deeply in the importance of the human-animal bond and the role it plays in delivering exceptional care.
Outside of the hospital, Zoë enjoys spending time with her cat, Betty, and her chickens. She also loves reading and spending quality time with her partner and friends.
